# \[6.2.2\] reporting max attempts reached for some users

Hello, I have a cluster behind a reverse proxy (nginx) with reporting. as superuser, I can create some reports correctly.

I have created some users with those credentials

the revima role limits the index access:

As this user, I cannot create some reports:

What is the problem? I have tried to add the .reporting\* index pattern to the revima role, did not change anything

Hello,

Does the user with the `revima` role also have the `reporting_user` role?  
That should be enough to let him generate a report.

yes the user has that role as you can see in my first post.

My kibana index is not the standard .kibana. Is it possible this causes a problem?
