Hello,

I would like to hook into Kibana's Discover page and convert the query
string supplied by the user into a new query string that will be used on
ElasticSearch.

Specifically, the query string supplied by the user may contain terms like
"concept: pneumonia" and I am interested to replace these with other terms,
like "UMLSTags:c0032285".

thank you,

Oranit
