# Access for Kibana -\>Share -\> CSV Report -\> Generate CSV

Hi  
I have a user with the role which can "read" and "write" access on an index. but when the user tries to Share the content of and index using  
Share -\> CSV Report -\> Generate CSV

user get "Reporting error " \> Forbidden

what extra permission needs to be given to the role?

have you assigned the user the built in `reporting_user` role, too?

after assigning the bullt-in role `reporting_user` role, it works well.
