# Access to elastic.co cluster Kibana error

Hello,  
We have a cluster hosted on [elastic.co](http://elastic.co), every time i access the Kiban dashboard I get the following error

when i try to access it I get `Cannot connect to the Elasticsearch cluster` but the GET endpoint works

should i simply restart Kibana?
