# Action index. Failed to execute

Hello,  
Am trying to index from Drupal and its not working (Drupal says indexed successfully but nothing indexed really to logstash).

I have found this in elasticsearch.log. Any one knows what is this ?

Am using Elasticsearch 1.7 and my index name is **defaiya\_articles** , in the log below i noticed **defaiya\_articles\_alias** knowing that i have never created an alias for my index!!

Any thoughts ?

What does your setup look like? Using a Drupal plugin? Are you indexing Drupal logs via Logstash?

Am using Drupal 7 with following modules:

- Elasticsearch Connector
- Elasticsearch Connector Search API

Trying to index articles into logstash using following ELK setup:

- elasticsearch-1.7
- kibana-4.1
- logstash-1.5
- logstash-forwarder
