# Adding a date independent Visualize in Kibana Dashboard

Hi.
I'm finding a way to add a visualize in Kibana Dashboard.
But it seems to be affacted by date-based fields only.
I just want to add an independent visualize without the date of events occured.
The metric in above visualize will become a max date that is aggregated by certain field.
Please let me know the way.
I'm also going to find the way by myself.

Just untick the `Index contains time-based events` box when you create the pattern and you should be ok.

That's correct!
I have a new index pattern and apply it to a new visualize.
And then the visualize shows that I want.
