# Adding noeud for elasticsearch cluster

hello community ,
i need help please ,
i had installer ELK stack in my virtuelle machine with one noeud ( elasticsearch , kibana , logstash)
now i wish add a second noeud for my cluster so i had installed a second VM then i had installed elasticsearch . and i had donne necessary configuration for elasticseach .yml file
this first coniguration in about the principal noeud :
cluster.name: my-application
node.name: node-1
path.data: /disk2/elasticsearch
path.logs: /var/log/elasticsearch
network.bind\_host: 0.0.0.0
network.host: 10.7.163.165
discovery.seed\_hosts: ["10.7.163.165", "10.7.178.149"]
cluster.initial\_master\_nodes: ["node-1", "node-2"]
xpack.security.enabled: true
xpack.security.transport.ssl.enabled: true
indices.lifecycle.poll\_interval: 10s
xpack.monitoring.collection.enabled: true
xpack.monitoring.elasticsearch.collection.enabled: true
and this is configuration file fort the noeud witch i want to add :
cluster.name: my-application
node.name: node-2
path.data: /var/lib/elasticsearch
path.logs: /var/log/elasticsearch
network.bind\_host: 0.0.0.0
network.host: 10.7.178.149
discovery.seed\_hosts: ["10.7.163.165", "10.7.178.149"]
cluster.initial\_master\_nodes: ["node-1", "node-2"]
whene i restart elasticsearch it restart correctlly but the second noeud doesn't addeded for my cluster .
please i need help .. i want the know what is a probleme if it is configuration probleme or i need mor things de add - un ather commende to add ?? or probleme of path logs witch is not same for thes files ..
