After upgrading to `9.5.1`, I can no longer see `Advanced` Tab in Streams page. This section allowed to easily configure the number of shards and refresh interval of backing indices without having to edit JSON settings in index templates. I can't find any relevant information in the Kibana release notes. Is it moved to somewhere else or removed?
Thank you.

Hi Suren,

The advanced tab was removed here: [[Streams] Remove Advanced tab by Kerry350 · Pull Request #272658 · elastic/kibana · GitHub](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/272658) as part of 9.5.

The overarching decision is that we want Streams to be an easy to use experience, and we don't want to expose advanced settings there. In the future we're looking to vastly improve the Streams experience so hopefully these "tweaks" won't be needed.

Hello Kerry,
Thank you for the clarification. It would be helpful to include such changes in the release notes particularly as the features were generally available in previous versions.
