# Agent doesn't see binary upgrades in air gapped env

I'm trying to set up air gapped environment, but for some reason i cannot upgrade Agent

I've put in the settings my local repo as default  
[https://registry.smth.smth/downloads/](https://registry.smth.smth/downloads/)  
and for testing added second non-default one  
[https://registry.smth.smth/downloads/beats/elastic-agent/](https://registry.smth.smth/downloads/beats/elastic-agent/)

Three files are hosted under  
[https://registry.smth.smth/downloads/beats/elastic-agent/](https://registry.smth.smth/downloads/beats/elastic-agent/)\*  
[elastic-agent-8.5.3-windows-x86\_64.zip] 08-Dec-2022 16:49 216302937  
[elastic-agent-8.5.3-windows-x86\_64.zip.asc] 08-Dec-2022 16:49 488  
[elastic-agent-8.5.3-windows-x86\_64.zip.sha512] 08-Dec-2022 16:49 169

but after all of this kibana says "no upgrade available" for installed agents.

What am I doing wrong?

What version are you currently running? It's possible that you're experiencing a known bug [https://github.com/elastic/elastic-agent/pull/1252](https://github.com/elastic/elastic-agent/pull/1252) that has since been fixed
