Hello

I have updated my cluster to 8.19.7, then upgraded Kibana to 8.19.7 (including a reboot) and manually updated the fleet servers to 8.19.7, because they were not shown as "upgradeable".

Now two days later, still none of my 8.19.6 agents show that they are upgradable. Is there a way to poke Kibana so that it recognizes them as upgradeable?

How the agents were installed? zip and/or tar.gz?

Does this query on Dev Tools return anything?

```auto
GET kbn:/api/fleet/agents?kuery=local_metadata.elastic.agent.upgradeable:true
```

Most of them were installed from tar archives, some Windows systems from zip. Upgrades worked fine in the past too.

The query returns `"total": 398` entries, which corresponds with the number of upgradeable agents.

There was a fix just pushed and 8.19.7 is now listed on [Past Releases | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/downloads/past-releases?product=elastic-agent) (it wasn’t earlier). Could you check if the issue is resolved?

It did. Thank you.

8.19.9 is missing again, which is important, because it is a security upgrade.

Hi Thomas, I just checked and 8.19.9 seems to be available ([Download Elastic Agent 8.19.9 | Elastic.co](https://www.elastic.co/downloads/past-releases/elastic-agent-8-19-9)). Are you still experiencing issues?

No, it's available now, but it was not for two or three days. It's always a little frustrating when you update your cluster, but the agents won't get listed as upgradeable.

Is there a break in the release process somehow?
