# Alerting with mail

Hello,  
In Kibana 7.17, I have configured an alert associated with a connector mail.  
The alarm seems to be triggered correctly :

but I don't receive mail.  
Where can I find usefull information about this, like logs ?

Are you a licensed or free stack? In the configuration of the e-mail connector, did you perform the sending test?

Hi Gerson,  
Thank you for your advice. I didn't see the Test tab (sorry!).  
Then I could see an authentication pb. I have fixed it and the test succeeded.
