Hello,
Is it possible to send an alerts on elasticsearch everytime I have "error" Level in document for all documents with error.
Also is it possible to have different email for every alert ? Something like email field in document to use for sending email alert.

Welcome to our community! 😃

Yes this is possible. Take a look at [Put watch API | Elasticsearch Reference [7.11] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/watcher-api-put-watch.html) for eg.
