# Alerts in kibana are not getting trigger

Hi All,
Alert in the kibana is not getting triggered, we are using opendistro alerting and security version 1.9.0 with kibana version 7.8.0 and elastic version 7.8.0, can someone pls help

OpenSearch/OpenDistro are AWS run products and differ from the original Elasticsearch and Kibana products that Elastic builds and maintains. You may need to contact them directly for further assistance.
