# Alerts in kibana

I am facing an issue in kibana.can i know where the below alert is from and how to disable it.
log [12:08:35.877] [error][alerting][alerts][plugins][plugins] Executing Alert "34af2110-24f6-11ec-8071-63a4b456f636" has resulted in Error: Unable to create alerts client because the Encrypted Saved Objects plugin is missing encryption key. Please set xpack.encryptedSavedObjects.encryptionKey in the kibana.yml or use the bin/kibana-encryption-keys command.
