Hi,

We have created a USER and assigned it USER\_ROLE (which has 'read' and 'view\_index\_metadata' privileges for a given index). This user is assigned a USER\_SPACE where the dashboard(s) the USER is able to view has been copied. USER\_SPACE has only the Analytics\>Dashboard feature(s) visible.

USER wants to be able to download PDFs and PNGs of their dashboard(s).

How does one enable this without giving USER any rights/roles that will allow them to edit/modify anything?

Any help is welcome. We've been trying to figure this one out for a while now ! 🙂

Hello @pchatterji

Which version of the elastic stack are you running? What problems are you running into? Have you taken a look at these docs? [Reporting settings in Kibana | Kibana Guide [7.16] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/reporting-settings-kb.html#reporting-advanced-settings)
