# \[ANN\] Elasticsearch Servlet Transport plugin 2.4.0 released

Heya,

We are pleased to announce the release of the Elasticsearch Servlet  
Transport plugin, version 2.4.0.

The wares transport plugin allows to use the REST interface over servlets..
