# \[ANN\] JDBC plugin 1.4.0.3.Beta1, 1.3.4.4, 1.2.4.2, 1.1.2.1, 1.0.3.1

New versions of JDBC (river) plugin have been released:

Highlights

- five releases 1.4.0.3.Beta1, 1.3.4.4, 1.2.4.2, 1.1.2.1, 1.0.3.1 for  
Elasticsearch 1.4, 1.3, 1.2, 1.1, and 1.0 respectively

- new features: resume/suspend per REST API, metrics logging, parallel  
river runs

- simplified and improved standalone JDBC feeder

- Oracle workarounds: 30 character limit, driver connection properties

- code is refactored

- many bug fixes, overhaul of river state management

- revised tests

- ES 0.90, 0.20, 0.19 are unsupported from now on (if you still need builds  
for these ES versions, please open a request)
