The Elasticsearch File System Crawler team is pleased to announce the fscrawler-2.0.0 release!
FS Crawler offers a simple way to index local files into elasticsearch.
Changes in this version include:
New features:
o FSCrawler requires Java 1.8
o Create release script
o Move to fscrawler project for elasticsearch 2.0.0
Changes:
o Update Jackson to 2.6.3
o Update to elasticsearch 2.0.0
o Replace elasticsearch Java client with a pure HTTP client

Hi,
I tried installing using the provided link by using command
D:\elasticsearch-2.0.0\>bin\plugin.bat install [https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/fr/pilato/elasticsearch/crawler/fscrawler/2.0.0](https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/fr/pilato/elasticsearch/crawler/fscrawler/2.0.0)
and got following error
NOTE: Unable to verify checksum for downloaded plugin (unable to find .sha1 or md5 file to verify)
ERROR: Could not find plugin descriptor 'plugin-descriptor.properties' in plugin zip

It's not a plugin but a standalone application.
So you have to download, unzip and run.
I guess I should update the README. (PR warmly welcomed;))
