# Anonymize plugin

For what motive the "anonymize" plugin was deprecated with the "fingerprint"?

Because anything that can be done with anonymize can be done with fingerprint?

What were the reasons why the plugin anonymize is deprecated?  
Technical / Performance Motives? I have to make a presentation for a computer solution where there are sensitive data and the legal aspect is very important!  
Reason why I got the details!

As I said, anything that can be done with the anonymize plugin can be done with the fingerprint plugin.
