# API KeyFailed - unable to find apikey with id xPIMCZABHLQpy59UBMie

Hello,  
We are new to Elastic Cloud and we have odd errors in our cluster logs.

Authentication using apikey failed - unable to find apikey with id xPIMCZABHLQpy59UBMie  
instance-0000000021

We have not setup this API key. It seems to have come with the cluster.

How do we correct this error?

Our cluster has many strange errors in the logs and it makes it hard to troubleshoot.
