# APM agent unable to connect to Kibana page (error : No data has been received from APM agent to Kibana web portal )

**Elasticsearch version** :

**APM Server version** :  
6.6.1  
**APM Agent language and version** :  
English, elastic-apm-agent-1.6.0.jar

**Browser version** :  
Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

**Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, deb, from source, etc.) and version**: installed the ELK components from free trail all good, except APM agent connectivity to Kibana

**Fresh install or upgraded from other version?**  
Fresh install

**Is there anything special in your setup?** For example, are you using the Logstash or Kafka outputs? Are you using a load balancer in front of the APM Servers? Have you changed index pattern, generated custom templates, changed agent configuration etc.
