# APM enable error reporting failure

**Kibana version** :  
7.7.0  
**Elasticsearch version** :  
7.7.0  
**APM Server version** :  
7.70

I am experiencing the same error reported in ([Watch creation failed - Make sure your user has permission to create watches](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/watch-creation-failed-make-sure-your-user-has-permission-to-create-watches/212656)) in latest 7.7.0 release.

The error "Watch creation failed, Make sure your user has permission to create watches." when I am trying to create a watcher error report to send to slack. I have superuser privilege.

I am using 7.7 version of Elastic Cloud.

Hello, there is a bug fix coming out for this in v7.8 (github issue: [https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/66867](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/66867)).
