# APM Slowness while in UI

Slowness while accessing APM services in the Kibana UI.  
After going into service and selecting Metrics it takes 5 minutes for the page to load.

**Kibana version** : 8.12.1

**Elasticsearch version** : 8.12.1

**APM Server version** : 8.12.1

**APM Agent language and version** :

**Browser version** :

**Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, deb, from source, etc.) and version**: yum

**Fresh install or upgraded from other version?** upgraded

**Is there anything special in your setup?** Logstash
