Alternatively if you cannot post this information, please copy and paste the above into a DM to me. * * * IP: Location (using [http://ipinfo.io/](http://ipinfo.io/) or similar): Elastic download URL you are trying to access: URL * * * We appreciate this is frustrating, and we have a number of our team working with Google to resolve this as a priority, so please bear with us. ## UPDATE We have found that once we add the allow rules for this it can take time for them to propagate through our vendor's systems. If you are notified that your IP/range/ASN has been allowed then please do give it a few days before posting again in the the topic 🙂 ## FURTHER UPDATE Recently we have found for customers using OVH in some regions, particularly Canada, have been blocked despite being allowed by our rules. If you are trying to download from an OVH IP it could be blocked by Google CDN due to IPv6 being enabled. If this impacts you, please follow the [steps in this thread](https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/General-Misc-Q-A/How-do-I-unblock-my-server-s-IP/m-p/649978/highlight/true#M1451) to disable IPv6 first before retrying your download. ---

Hi, Using OCI I`m getting a 403 from Datacenter in Sweden: ```auto E: Failed to fetch https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/8.x/apt/dists/stable/main/binary-arm64/Packages 403 Forbidden [IP: 34.120.127.130 443] ``` ```auto ubuntu@someserver:~$ curl ipinfo.io { "ip": "129.151.203.51", "city": "Stockholm", "region": "Stockholm", "country": "SE", "loc": "59.2500,18.1167", "org": "AS31898 Oracle Corporation", "postal": "128 62", "timezone": "Europe/Stockholm", "readme": "https://ipinfo.io/missingauth" ``` This is a floating IP - and will probably change once I redeploy my infrastructure. Is there possibilities to allow-list the DC location? (OCI Sweden?) ---

We cannot explain this record. As I wrote before, this domain has nothing to do with us, it is hosted on another IP which belongs to another ISP ---
