Hi @fjfi, Welcome! Thanks for raising your issue. Sorry to hear you're still unable to download the plugin. It looks like you're trying to download an old version of the ICU Analysis plugin (5.6.16 versus the latest of 8.15). Can you check and confirm if you are able to download a more recent version of the plugin? I don't see any obvious reason for the block on your ASN (AS24806), so I've raised a high priority issue for the team to investigate. I've also let them know that you have been waiting since these requests can take time to action. I'll revert with an update when I receive one. In the meantime, if you can check if the block applies to later version of the plugin that would be appreciated. Thanks! ---

Thanks for confirming @fjfi. I've added that detail to the ticket to help the team, and will reply when I've received a response. However given [Elasticsearch 5.16.x is past EOL](https://www.elastic.co/support/eol) and you are able to access newer versions of the plugin, I would recommend trying to upgrade to an-in support version if you can. @carly.richmond what's the timeline for unblocking Hetzner server IPs? It's been more than two months since this was initially reported and still no progress. Should we stop using Elastic services at this point? We can't have reliable deployment pipelines if all of a sudden some of dependencies become unavailable. This whole thread is a joke.
