Hi @zhnv, Thanks for getting back in touch. I've checked the ASN that the subnet belongs to and it is explicitly allowed on our side. When we last checked this range in January we say many accepted requests and no dropped requests. Do you have any customer traces confirming dropped requests? I would recommend checking that the requests are being made via IPv4, and that IPv6 is not enabled, as that has caused issues for others in the past. Hope that helps! ---

Hi @HinoBi, Welcome! Thanks for raising your issue. Sadly I've checked the ASN that your IP belongs to ([AS216127](https://ipinfo.io/AS216127)) contains IP ranges connected to a sanctioned country. Therefore we're unable to unblock this ASN. Can you check if you're able to access Elastic artefacts/ run the required command on another IP? Let us know. ---

I encountered an issue while trying to install the Kibana package. Hi @Quanny, Welcome! Thanks for letting us know. Can you confirm which packages you are trying to download from this IP? I've raised a ticket with our internal team to investigate. Just a warning that it can take some time to action the request. In the meantime, can you make sure you don't have IPv6 enabled on the host?
