# Arriving at the number of servers required for Elastic Search implementation

Is there any way to arrive at the number of servers that we require to implement our Elastic Search? Our application is a content rich application. we are planning to implement Elastic Search. We have been doing our analysis to find out the server sizing and the number of servers that we will require. The application will have two sources.

1. Oracle 11G Database (10GB Data)
2. Attachments (13TB Data)

To index the above volume of data, what will be the optimal number of serves we need and optimal size of individual servers.
