I have tried to download the analysis-icu plugin many times, but failed.
Stuck at 1.1M, 1.4M 5.5M.. and halt..

Please help..
Why there is no mirror for [aritifacts.elastic.co](http://aritifacts.elastic.co)?

Weird the problem resolved itself... I complete downloading 11.6M in 2.2s in the last trial.
