# Authentication of my Python Script Elasticsearch 8.3

Hello, since Elasticsearch version 8... my Python scrips, which are sending  
Data to Elasticsearch are no longer working.  
I tried solving this Problem by using this code.

```auto
client = Elasticsearch(
    "https://localhost:9200",
    ssl_assert_fingerprint=CERT_FINGERPRINT,
    basic_auth=("elastic", ELASTIC_PASSWORD)
)

```

I always get this Error:

## GET Error: No connection adapters were found for "\<Elasticsearch(['[https://localhost:9200/index](https://localhost:9200/index)'])\>"

Would be great if anyone could help 🙂
