Hi,

If I have the following config

```auto
    metricbeat.autodiscover:
      providers:
        - type: kubernetes
          host: ${NODE_NAME}
          hints.enabled: true
```

Is it redundant to also specify:

```auto
    processors:
      - add_kubernetes_metadata:
          in_cluster: true
          host: ${NODE_NAME}
```

Best, Justin

Yes, autodiscover will automatically enrich all configs with kubernetes metadata, so you don't need to add the processor.

Best regards
