# Automate a logstash process for my conf file

Hi,

i configure mylog.conf for my server logs, every time i need to run command :"./logstash -f mylog.conf" to ingest data in to elastic search.

can i automate to run given command permanently in background.

If you install the DEB/RPM it will provide that. Otherwise you will need to do it yourself.
