# Blank maps and "Unable to initialize maps" error!

**When I open Kibana Maps, I am getting the below error.**

**Other maps like Coordinate Map and Region Maps are blank when opened.**

Couldn't find the reason behind this. How can I solve this?  
Kindly help.

hi @Ramya_Tanikanti,

The error message seems to indicate that your browser is not supporting WebGL.

What browser and version are you on?

It's also possible that for your particular browser, WebGL support is turned off.
