Hi all,

I've seen a couple of people who have posted questions on how to bootstrap a cluster in 7.x.x using auto-scaling groups (and or auto-generated infrastructure using Cloudformation) but I haven't seen anyone actually with a solution.

So, I'll ask - has anybody figured out how to bootstrap a 7.x.x cluster in AWS with code-based infrastructure? I've tried a few different (hacky) solutions and not found the right answer yet. Have any of you had success?
