As per [documentation](https://github.com/elastic/ecs/blob/master/code/go/ecs/event.go), event.created is the timestamp at which the event is read by agent/pipeline.

Conversely, it is being [copied from flow.Timestamp](https://github.com/elastic/beats/blob/6f1ae45ef4f4a792156c574ee6f59429ce820cae/x-pack/filebeat/input/netflow/convert.go#L68).

Shouldn't it be time.Now() ?
