I created a docker-compose to run elasticsearch and kibana with SSO and SAML, this is working fine for me locally. Now I need to send this to heroku, but it seems that heroku does not do the direct build of docker-compose, I need Dockerfile for this and then my doubt came.

Would anyone have a light for me on how to accomplish this task of translating my docker-compose to Dockerfile, or does not this need have a simpler form? I've been looking for material on the subject and I did not find much of it so I went to the forum.

Sorry if it is too off topic, if this was the case may close.
