I am using Kibana 5.I have set a threshold in line [chart.is](http://chart.is) it possible to identify how many points lie above and below the threshold line ---

If your data is time series data u can use timeline in kibana this is not exactly same as per ur requirement but it is helpful with some modification .es(index=metricbeat-_, timefield='@timestamp', metric=count), .es(index=metricbeat-_, timefield='@timestamp', metric=count).if(gt,20,.es(index=metricbeat-\*, timefield='@timestamp', metric=count),null).label('warning').color('#FFCC11') ---
