# Can Elastic send the api to jp1 customer the alert and recovery like servicenow?

Elastic obtain the alert and updated alert by ServiceNow api.  
Is it also available to have jp1 customer updated alert like ServiceNow in elastic.  
Please let's us know if you have any customer jp1 using elastic.  
I appreciate your help and cooperation.

Are you asking if the alert could update/recover an incident in ServiceNow when something with the alert changes in Kibana?

Can elastic send the api to jp1 customer the alert and recovery like ServiceNow?  
if alert could be updated by elastic in jp1 alert when jp1 generate like ServiceNow.  
Please let's us know if you have any customer jp1 using elastic.
