# Can I meassure on something else than count on a heatmap?

Hi,  
After adding dimensions to the x,y axis, is it possible to change the measurement? By default it is measuring on count. I would like to change this and visualize a parameter.

Hi @fredrikn.

you can change this by configuring the "Metrics" on the left side above the buckets for x and y axis. In this example I visualize the average of the bytes field:
