# Can i use .pfx file instead of .key & ,pem

To secure the communication between winlogbeat and elk stack i am using .pem, key & ca certificate. Can i use single .pfx instead of .key, .pem & CA files ?

No, reading PKCS12 data is not supported by Beats.
