# Can I use X-Pack for free?

Hi,  
I would like use ES, Kibana and X-Pack - to disallow user to send some requests to database like DELETE \*.  
It is possible to use X-Pack for free.

For some features yes but not for security.

ok. So I need request info to get price? Here:

Is allowed use some other plugins like:  
[https://github.com/wtakase/kibana-own-home](https://github.com/wtakase/kibana-own-home) and custom proxy to ensure security like read-role for public users?
