# Can I write React code in kibana

Hello, To whom it may concern,

I found kibana a really good data visualization platform and I already developed many plugins based on 5.4 kibana in angular js

I would like my further plugin to be written in React, since react/angular/vue are becoming more and more popular, is there any way that I can develop react code based on kibana 5.4

Hi @harryhu0705,

Yes, you can definitely use whatever front-end framework you'd like, but you might need some lingering Angular to make it all work (like route management code, etc)

Hello, Chrisronline, Thanks for your information, I am new to react, do kibana already have some code written in React? Also do you have some plugin example that written in React or Angular and fit into kibana 5.4?
