# Can not access kibana after installing x-pack plugin

hi,

i recently install x-pack plugin by folowing this tutorial :

the main point is :

**Go to ES\_PATH**

> elasticsearch-plugin install x-pack

**Go to Kibana PATH**

> kibana-plugin install x-pack

everything goes well, until i try to verify my x-pack instalation.  
i go to kibana url.

> [http://localhost:5601/](http://localhost:5601/)

if everything is right, based on documentation, i should be prompted to login to kibana.

but, all i got is this message

can you guys help me to solve this problem?

Can you try to refresh your browser and clear cache ? That helps sometimes.

thank you for your response sir.  
i tried to refresh my browser for several times yesterday, nothing happen.

but now, i open my kibana again, and viola i can access it again, and xpack already installed properly.
