# Can not send alert Email by Kibana

Hello guys:

I tried to set up email alerts using the Kibana UI interface, but I was unable to configure it successfully.

Besides Gmail, I also tried using Outlook with ports 465 and 587, testing both secure and non-secure connections, but I still couldn't send the email successfully.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue before?

Any help is appreciated.
