# Cannot Access Elastic SIEM training lab

Course: Elastic Security for SIEM On Demand  
Question: When I open the Strigo link it starts at the page below. When I click the Kibana link I get a 500 error. I emailed tech support and they said to reset the lab environment but didn’t tell me how and referred me to the forums.
