# Cannot access Strigo webpage

Hi,

I am starting my training for Elasticsearch Engineer 1. When I try to access lab, it does not load.  
I tried on other computer, it opens but my DNS URl of amazonaws does not work. It times out.

Any advise?

I have tried to do the needful for your issue. Could you please close the tab, trying opening the link again in the new tab of your chrome browser, and let us know ?

Do you have an add blocker enabled? If so try disabling it. Check your antivirus for any alerts relating to visiting the Strigo page. Try accessing from a completely different browser, computer, internet connection and see if any of these things help iron out the cause.
