Hi @bck01215 ,

Can you share some more details?

- how are you running Enterprise Search? Are you using Elastic Cloud, or is this a self-managed deployment?
- you've tagged this post with `elastic-app-search` - are you using App Search? This screenshot looks like you're using the Elastic Web Crawler.
- Is Enterprise Search running? Anything useful in its logs?
- Was this working previously and stopped working, or you're trying to get it set up for the first time?
