# Can't just use email?

Hello!
so i tried sending an email from my gmail account directly, to [discuss+elasticsearch@discuss.co](mailto:discuss+elasticsearch@discuss.co) , as per [Email-Only Interaction with the Forums](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/email-only-interaction-with-the-forums/106) .
I got twice an email back stating,

noreply@discuss.elastic.co
5:38 PM (3 hours ago)
to me
We're sorry, but your email message to ["discuss+elasticsearch@elastic.co"] (titled ES 0.90, disable_delete_all_indices) didn't work.
Your account does not have the required trust level to post new topics to this email address. If you believe this is in error, contact a staff member.
```
.. what am I missing ?
