I was trying to announce some plugin updates in the announcements area and I got an error saying I couldn't view the requested resource. I expect this is because I'm not allowed to post there but the error message is broken. ---

We want to keep the top-level [Announcements](https://discuss.elastic.co/c/annoucements) category for official announcements from Elastic. So this category will continue to remain read-only for everyone except employees of Elastic. However, I've created a sub-category of Announcements called [Community Plugins](https://discuss.elastic.co/c/annoucements/community-plugins), which should be open to anyone to post. Feel free to make your announcements about the plugin updates over here. Hope that makes sense! ---
