# Canvas pointseries not working with csv

Hi there,  
I have a problem with kibana canvas pointseries.  
one of the example codes do not work.

```auto
csv "fruit,stock
  kiwi,10
  banana,5" | clog
| pointseries color=fruit size=stock | clog
| pie
| render

```

The first clog gives me a data table as expected, but the second does not give me anything.

(and it renders as error)

@mmR There are frequent changes and updates to the code so we need to narrow down the issue to the version of Kibana that you're using. Could you also please give a link to where you found the Canvas example?
