# Cases - Disable external systems prompt

Is there a way to permanently disable the "To send cases to external systems, you need to" prompt that asks to "Upgrade to Elastic Platinum"/"Configure external connector". Right now if I dismiss it, the same prompt comes back any time I navigate to a case or back to cases overview.

Hey there tacomaster!

Looks like this functionality was just added as part of [`Persist callout when dismissed #68372`](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/68372) and will be available in 7.8.1 & 7.9.

This change will allow for the persistence of dismissing all callouts of type `primary`, and since [the](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/6808903d5704fa712f9a4170b3bf8fc877231545/x-pack/plugins/security_solution/public/cases/components/use_push_to_service/index.tsx#L87-L104) [errors](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/6808903d5704fa712f9a4170b3bf8fc877231545/x-pack/plugins/security_solution/public/cases/components/use_push_to_service/helpers.tsx#L15-L31) you mentioned above don't specify a type, they'll [default to primary](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/6808903d5704fa712f9a4170b3bf8fc877231545/x-pack/plugins/security_solution/public/cases/components/callout/index.tsx#L64) so you should be good! 🙂
